What is a credit?
One unit of generation. An image costs 6, a voiceover 8, a video 30. You see the exact cost before you press Generate — never after.
What happens if a render fails?
You are not charged. Credits are held when you submit and only captured when the asset actually lands. Cancel a job mid-flight and the hold is returned in full.
Who can see my generations?
Only your workspace. Media is private by default and served through short-lived signed links — never a public bucket.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Invite teammates into a workspace with a role — owner, editor, viewer or reviewer. Credits, assets and jobs are scoped to the workspace, not to you.
Do credits expire?
No. Bought credits stay in your wallet. A plan tops you up every month on top of them.
